Bru Foundry is seeking a talented Assistant General Manager to join our new concept restaurant. As a Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our taproom and dining destination in Gainesville, Georgia. You will lead a team of passionate individuals, ensuring that our guests receive excellent food and impeccable service. As a Floor Manager you lead and inspire your service team to deliver a great guest experience. You will guide and manage staff with care to ensure the best customer experience, running a smooth operation.
The Bar and Beverage Manager is responsible for providing effective leadership to drive sales, hospitality at the highest level, profitability, and long-term growth by managing the bar. You will lead by example and boost staff morale through education and positive reinforcement. Ultimately, you will ensure the bar runs efficiently and staff is managed properly throughout the shift. You will monitor staff to ensure compliance and consistency of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages on our menu.

We are looking for skilled Prep Cooks to prepare delicious meals at Bru Foundry Taproom and Kitchen! They will cook dishes that will delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery. An excellent cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important.
Job Summary
As a Host, you will greet guests as they enter the restaurant in a courteous, friendly, and helpful manner. Take reservations or put guests on wait lists. Provide menus and shows guests to their seats. May take phone orders and assist with bussing and resetting tables. Bid Guests farewell, ensuring we exceeded their expectations.

Bru Foundry Taproom and Kitchen restaurant looking for experienced Barbacks to join our amazing team! Are you a star Barback? The Barback position is an extension of the bartender. They are in place to assist the bar staff in delivering Bru Foundry Brand Service. The Barback helps the bartenders in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and keeping inventory levels appropriate for the volume of business.
Job Summary
This job is responsible for setting, clearing, and resetting dining areas of the restaurant. The bus person ensures guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for guests to dine. He or she also assists servers in efficiently servicing their tables.
