Job Responsibilities:

Uphold and maintain the Bru Foundry brand and concept and systems

Adhere to budgets, food and labor costs, and waste management

Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities

Oversee kitchen staff and coordinate their daily tasks

Train and mentor new kitchen employees

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:

Proven experience as a chef or cook in a professional kitchen

Serve Safe certification

Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines

Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team

Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure

Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation

Ability to adapt to changing menus and prioritize tasks accordingly

Strong organizational and management skills
