Support Staff

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Keep service areas cleared off and clean by demonstrating outstanding attention to detail

• Deliver cold, freshly poured drinks to guests by demonstrating outstanding energy and urgency

• Deliver hot, freshly prepared food to guests by demonstrating outstanding energy and urgency

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs

• Clear, clean, sanitize & reset tables in under 3 minutes

• Update and communicate to Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating

• Perform other duties such as rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, clean up in dining areas

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older or in accordance with state law.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a full service restaurant

• Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork

• Clean tables by removing dishes, linens, silverware and glassware during service

• Replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Professional dress, speech, and demeanor
