Manager
Responsibilities:

Supervising daily shift operations

Perform daily opening, mid-day, and closing procedures

Conduct technology checks

Back-office management
-
Familiarity with budgets, sales, and labor costs

Ensure proper cash management
-
Safety and sanitation
-
Daily staff meetings and communication
-
Dining room management
-
Uphold Bru Foundry’s policies and procedures
-
Follow up with customers to ensure guest satisfaction and take action to correct any
issues

Requirements:
-
5+ years as a floor or restaurant manager
-
Strong organizational skills
-
Solution-oriented with critical problem solving skills
-
Ability to lead, develop, recognize and retain the best hospitality talent
-
Proven ability to develop teams and inspire a performance driven culture
-
Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution
-
Stable working history which demonstrates upward career progress
-
Extremely detail-oriented in a casual fine dining environment

Excellent communication
-
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for 8-10 hours
