Responsibilities:

  • Supervising daily shift operations

  • Perform daily opening, mid-day, and closing procedures

  • Conduct technology checks

  • Back-office management

  • Familiarity with budgets, sales, and labor costs

  • Ensure proper cash management

  • Safety and sanitation

  • Daily staff meetings and communication

  • Dining room management

  • Uphold Bru Foundry’s policies and procedures

  • Follow up with customers to ensure guest satisfaction and take action to correct any
    issues

Requirements:

  • 5+ years as a floor or restaurant manager

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Solution-oriented with critical problem solving skills

  • Ability to lead, develop, recognize and retain the best hospitality talent

  • Proven ability to develop teams and inspire a performance driven culture

  • Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution

  • Stable working history which demonstrates upward career progress

  • Extremely detail-oriented in a casual fine dining environment

  • Excellent communication

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for 8-10 hours
