Host/Cashier
Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

Seat customers and manage waitlists in a timely and efficient manner

Answer phone calls and take reservations

Maintain order at check-in and in the dining areas

Provide general customer support and answer questions about the restaurant or venue

Communicate updates and changes with staff members and management

Follow all company policies and procedures

Perform transactions accurately and efficiently via Toast POS
-
Initial customer experience guest management waitlist seating
-
Keeping common areas clean and organized
-
Perform all opening and closing tasks listed in SOP's.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar hospitality role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Customer-focused attitude and a passion for hospitality

Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant or venue environment
-
Professional dress, speech, and demeanor
