Host/Cashier

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Seat customers and manage waitlists in a timely and efficient manner

  • Answer phone calls and take reservations

  • Maintain order at check-in and in the dining areas

  • Provide general customer support and answer questions about the restaurant or venue

  • Communicate updates and changes with staff members and management

  • Follow all company policies and procedures

  • Perform transactions accurately and efficiently via Toast POS

  •  Initial customer experience guest management waitlist seating

  • Keeping common areas clean and organized

  • Perform all opening and closing tasks listed in SOP's.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar hospitality role

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Customer-focused attitude and a passion for hospitality

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant or venue environment

  • Professional dress, speech, and demeanor
