Dishwasher
Responsibilities:

Maintain all aspects of the dish area and dish machine
-
Use proper pre-soaking procedures, cleaning and following proper chemical usage
-
Use checklists to ensure proper set-up and close down of each shift
-
Maintain positive interaction between service staff and other team members
-
Scrapes and rinses food from used dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine
-
Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures.
-
Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
-
Keeps the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.

Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
-
Washes and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.

Removes trash and places it in designated containers and steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.

Helps load and unload supplies and products.
-
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
-
Must be able to communicate effectively with team members
-
Ability to work around various levels of temperature, including warm to very warm temperatures in the kitchen.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team work environment
Physical Requirements:
-
Ability to climb, lift, reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift at least 40 pounds

Be able to walk and stand for the entirety of a scheduled shift

Be able to continuously reach, bend, lift, and carry
-
Be able to remain stationary for parts of a scheduled shift

Uses repetitive motions
-
Can work in both hot and cold temperatures
