Bartender
Responsibilities:

Solid knowledge of beer, wine, and familiarization with cocktail recipes

Receives drink orders from patrons or servers, mixes and serves alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions; serves wine and bottled beer or draws draught beer.

Serves alcohol beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures

Completes sales and inventory reports accurately

Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools, following all set-up guidelines

Monitor and control alcohol consumption of our guests to ensure guest safety
-
Ability to maintain a professional and courteous during busy times
-
Perform all opening and closing tasks listed in SOP's.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume bartending strongly preferred
-
Must be able to pivot and multitask during peak hours of operation
-
Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails and modern cocktails
-
Basic knowledge of beer and wine
-
Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
-
Responsibly serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to patrons
-
TIPS Certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire
-
ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
-
Ability to climb, lift, reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift at least 40 pounds

Be able to walk and stand for the entirety of a scheduled shift

Be able to continuously reach, bend, lift, and carry
-
Be able to remain stationary for parts of a scheduled shift
-
Must be of legal age to serve liquor per state law
-
Uses repetitive motions
-
Can work in both hot and cold temperatures
