Responsibilities:

  • Be timely and dependable.

  • Diligently following a checklist and performing the assigned steps of service

  • Absorb and communicate detailed information around a rotating beer & food menu.

  • Provide guests with recommendations for pairings and upselling menu items

  • Actively anticipate guests’ needs and address issues in a proactive, appropriate manner.

  • Professional dress, speech, and demeanor

  • Perform transactions accurately and efficiently via Toast POS.

  • Perform opening/closing tasks and side work duties as a self-starter.

  • Recognize and potentially address, with the assistance of management, intoxicated, disruptive, or threatening patrons.

  • Consistently meet all best practice standards set in the employee handbook and during training.

  • Perform all opening and closing tasks listed in SOP's.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in high volume, casual fine dining

  • 2 years of customer service experience preferred

  • Prior knowledge of POS systems

  • ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire

  •  Alcohol awareness training “Serve Safe”

  • Professional dress, speech, and demeanor

  • Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours
