Manager
Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation of beverages and ensure quality of product served

Perform daily opening, mid-day, and closing procedures
-
Uphold food safety and sanitation policies and procedures
-
Conduct technology checks
-
Back-office management
-
Review sales and beverage costs
-
Ensure proper cash management
-
Responsible for labor control and scheduling of the bar
-
Daily staff meetings and communication
-
Inventory management
-
Creation of all menus needed for Bru Foundry’s bar and beverage program
-
Marketing and promotions
-
Bar and beverage training programs
-
Assist in coordinating daily front of the house restaurant operations
-
Follow up with customers to ensure guest satisfaction and take action to correct any
issues -
Assess performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
-
Interact with guests to develop loyalty and exercise great customer relations
Requirements:
-
5+ years proven work experience as a bar and beverage manager, assistant manager,
hospitality manager or similar role -
Knowledge of local and state regulations related to alcohol service and health code
compliance -
Extensive working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Extensive food and beverage knowledge -
Financial management skills

Exceptional communication and problem solving skills

Experience working in high volume establishments
